Change Agents
The Change Agents initiative is a cornerstone of our sustainable approach to preventing sexual violence. In this program, we train community leaders, educators, and influencers who have the capacity to effect change within their communities. These individuals, known as change agents, are equipped with comprehensive knowledge about sexual violence, its prevention, and how to support survivors.
The training covers various aspects, including communication skills, understanding the legal framework surrounding sexual violence, and using educational tools effectively. Once trained, these change agents return to their communities, where they become local advocates for survivors and victims through our mission. They lead awareness campaigns, facilitate community dialogues, and serve as points of contact for survivors seeking help. By empowering these leaders, we ensure that the impact of our mission is not only widespread but also deeply rooted in the community, creating a network of informed and proactive individuals who continue to drive the fight against sexual violence long after the initial training is completed.
